MANDALA ART FORM: Mandala drawings are
circular art configurations. This form of art goes back thousands of years in history.
Mandalas were used in Hindu, Buddist and other religions as graphic representations. In
China and Japan family crests were sometimes drawn in Mandala fashion. Many modern
commercial corporations use the MANDALA patern concept for their trade marks.
SLEEP

During the first five or ten minutes before I go to sleep, the feeling of submission
into rejuvenation comes about, and I leisurely drift into the land of sleep.
In the morning as I arise, I enjoy another five or ten minutes of awakening pleasure -
- - a feeling of uninterrupted luxury. I snuggle against my pillow and enjoy the warmth of
the covers - - - and the security of being in my own home, a feeling that no wealth could
buy.
Now the mind begins to function and I realize the wonderment of just being alive and a
part of this world.
