(PRIVATE BUYING AND SELLING SECURITIES)
The Buyer must have cleared funds deposited in escrow with the Transfer Agent of the Issuer (i.e. the Public Corporation) in U.S. Dollars in advance of being able to buy any securities on the On-Line Private Buying and Selling system.
After cleared funds are in escrow with the Transfer Agent, A CONFIDENTIAL ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PASS WORD IS CREATED AND ASSIGNED TO THE BUYER. Buying of securities via the PBSS ON-LINE system can then be effected by the Buyer.
NOTE: A Buyer from anywhere in the world can open an Escrow Account with a U.S. Registered Transfer Agent or American Bank provided that the transaction is conducted in U.S. Dollars. International Money Orders in U.S. Dollars or Bank to Bank wired funds are acceptible. It is suggested that Buyers from foreign countries phone the Transfer Agent or Bank in advance of sending funds.
