Greg Herrigel - THE WATER PARK MYSTERY

Gregory Herrigel was born on March 8, 1994. He lives in New Providence, New Jersey with his parents and two brothers, Kyle and Cole. As a very young child, his mother and father read many books to him. At an early age, he began to read on his own. Reading grew to be a passion with Greg, and as his reading developed so did his interest in writing.

In the third grade, Greg began writing his thoughts on paper. He soon began to develop the skill of building paragraphs into chapters. This book of short stories contains a few of Greg’s first stories. "The Ten Golden Coins" was one of his first (age 8), followed shortly with one of his first chapter books, "A Year Without Christmas". Greg’s love of mysteries has led him to one of his more recent chapter books (age 9), "The Water Park Mystery". Greg has a number of new projects underway. We are all very excited to receive his next creative work. His mixture of adventure, mystery and intrigue keeps his readers on the edge of their seats.

Greg has many interests including church, school, sports and music. In school, he was recently honored by his teacher with an A in English, indicating his superlative effort in this field. He loves to compete in soccer on weekends and has been successful in scoring quite a few goals. In his spare time Greg enjoys playing the clarinet. He is also a Cub Scout and has recently received his Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
